Top Athletes and Singers Have Coaches. Should You?

Coaching has become trendy in many walks of life, from athletes to singers to executives to people going through major life changes. JRP has placed numerous pro bono coaches and all of the nonprofits who have received coaching have loved it. So I decided to try it out; I’ve worked with Dan Stover (integratedleader.com) for 6 months and have loved it. Like many nonprofit staff, I juggle multiple responsibilities, making it challenging to balance many duties and see outcomes in a variety of areas. Coaching has helped me prioritize and look deeply at what will make me the best nonprofit leader and best person that I can be.
