The Wells Fargo Executive Directors Leadership Institute (EDLI) is a complete 12-month leadership coaching program to help nonprofit Executive Directors turn their visions into reality.

EDLI is designed to help both new and experienced Executive Directors improve their leadership, strengthen their network and guide their organizations toward long-term sustainability. It is the only program designed exclusively for Executive Directors in our region.
