The Pasadena Executive Roundtable (PERT) is a monthly peer group for nonprofit Executive Directors, CEOs, or the equivalent top executive role at nonprofits in the Greater Pasadena/SGV area, offering a space to ask candid questions and talk honestly about what’s actually going on.
Who It’s For
PERT works because everyone in the room is carrying the exact same job, in real time. That’s what makes it possible to ask a hard question or admit something isn’t going well. To protect that, membership follows the role, not the person or the organization: it’s for whoever currently serves as Executive Director, CEO, or the equivalent top executive role at a nonprofit organization. If your organization is between EDs, or a role is shifting, reach out to us directly and we’ll figure out what makes sense for that season.
Membership renews every August for the program year ahead.

- On hiatus July and August.
- Second Thursday of each month, 8:30 to 10:00 AM.
- A mix of guest speaker sessions and peer conversations over coffee.

Membership
PERT welcomes Executive Directors, CEOs, or the equivalent top executive role of all nonprofit sizes, with most members leading small to mid-sized organizations based in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley.
