Diversity, inclusion and equity: how do nonprofits change centuries of discrimination?? We’ve been hearing lots of terms to be more inclusive (and thereby effective) organizations, but how can we set realistic goals to make our organizations more diverse and equitable, especially at the leadership level? This will be a robust panel discussion with Brenda Castillo-Nogales of the National Hispanic Media Coalition, Jorge Camarena of Journey House, Allen Edson of NAACP Pasadena, and LaWayne Williams of the Tournament of Roses.
