JRP is matching more people each year to nonprofit boards. Chris Bragg, who attend the March 2017 session of The Leadership Connection, wanted to serve on the board of a family-friendly nonprofit so he could share the organization with his wife and 4 kids. JRP introduced him to the Arboretum Foundation in April 2017 and he spent a year volunteering especially helping with fundraising events. He was formally welcomed to the board in January of this year. He is really enjoying his work there, although I haven’t asked him if he’s adopted a peacock yet.
