Americans are realizing how important mental health is and how under-resourced we are to support good mental health. We posted last week about a database project JRP completed in 2013 for Rose City Counseling Center, an important local resource for accessible and affordable therapy. We have done numerous projects for Rose City, most recently updating their employee manual and human resources policies and procedures.
Pro bono HR consultant Christina Howard spent 80 hours throughout 2018 helping RCC have good processes to hire and support the right psychotherapy interns. By sharing her HR expertise, Christina will help RCC’s many clients receive the best possible help to be happy, healthy people.
We have also completed two board development projects with RCC; we’re glad to support mental health in Pasadena!
