Celebrate Black history, culture and achievements at Pasadena’s 37th annual Black History Parade and Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 16. The parade kicks off at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Altadena and ends at the Jackie Robinson Center in Pasadena.
