JRP has grown steadily in nine years, helping almost 200 local nonprofits with pro bono consultants and board training & match-making. It’s time for us to grow! HR consultants Gina Calderon and Paul Costa recently helped JRP think through our HR structure to add a part-time Program Assistant position in the fall. Although we have a small paid staff, we have a large unpaid staff (i.e. volunteers, both skilled and direct service volunteers in the office), so it was important to think through how additional staff affects our structure. We are excited to grow and thank Gina and Paul for their time in helping us, so we can continue to help local nonprofits! We also appreciate your donation to raise our budget and help us hire a new staffperson!
