Nov. 13: Nonprofit Financial Management Workshop
Boards have the ultimate responsibility to make sure that their organization spends money wisely, ethically and legally. Topics will include the board’s role in financial management, budgeting, executing a financial plan, documentation and reporting, and special topics such as taxes and fees.
