Website Refresh with Rose City Counseling Center

Affordable Mental Health care is essential and Rose City Counseling Center is devoted to improving our community through their top-notch training program and passionate commitment to mental health. Founded in May 2004, Rose City Center is a nonprofit licensed psychology clinic that serves low-to-moderate income residents of the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles County.

RCC’s commitment to bringing therapy to low-income community members led the organization to reach out to JRP to find a skilled web developer and marketing volunteer to help them refresh their website. RCC uses their website to help new clients find them and obtain services as well as to attract donors who help make their mission possible. With an easier to use website, they hoped more people would be impacted by their programs.

JRP placed a new web developer volunteer, David Bradley, with the organization. David helped to expand the small team’s knowledge on how to update their own website in addition to implementing changes and suggestions to increase usability from a seasoned JRP marketing volunteer Sarah Emery Bunn.

“We have already seen a significant increase in the number of Web Form Submissions by prospective and inquiring clients since the website has become more user-friendly and more easily navigable. David also helped us to better understand the back end of our website and taught our Operations Manager useful and necessary skills.” – Christopher Cullen, Rose City Counseling Center.
