One of JRP’s favorite nonprofit partners is Journey House, which assists emancipated foster youth to meet their initial independent living needs. JRP has provided Journey House with $15,000 of pro bono services, thereby helping many former foster youth to thrive! From August 2013:

Journey House (www.journeyhouseyouth.org) has had a well-designed, functional website for a long time, but like many nonprofits, hasn’t been able to update the site to use more modern technology, which will make it easier for staff to edit and update content. Journey House staff knew just where to look for free technical assistance: Jericho Road Pasadena. With the help of Kyle Hudson, web developer and JRP volunteer, Journey House was able to quickly design a new, attractive site, which will save them time and money, as well as getting the word out about their variety of services for former foster youth. Thanks to Kyle for lending his web development expertise and thanks to Journey House for helping young adults who have had little support in their lives.
