Flashback Friday: Marketing for the Altadena Library

Last week, we posted about placing a new board member with the Altadena Library Foundation. JRP has worked a lot with the Altadena Library, including supporting the tax measure that ensures the Library’s existence. We so glad the Altadena is thriving! From December 2015:

“Our library is like the community’s living room,” said the Altadena Library Director. Libraries are about so much more than books; you can get computer or wi-fi access or get help sifting through the vast quantities of information available to us, or learn to draw anime, take children to story time, or even attend a concert! How can a library with a tight budget promote their many great resources? They ask Jericho Road Pasadena for help! JRP volunteer Eric will spent next several months helping the Library create a marketing strategy, create a calendar to promote events, and create a style guide to make design of marketing materials easier and more efficient. Check out the Altadena Library’s great resources on their website or at 600 East Mariposa St. Thank you to Eric for promoting such a great community resources.
