We’ve helped on a variety of projects in the past, including:
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Finance consultation related to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and tracking.
• Training in using financial information for program development, fundraising, and long-term sustainability.
• Initial setup and introduction to QuickBooks for accounting systems.
• Set up an accounting system to reconcile accounts and expenditures.
• Fine-tune QuickBooks.
• Financial planning and analysis.
Some of the nonprofits we have worked with in the past are: Journey House, Everlasting Education, Pasadena Community Orchestra, Elisabeth House, Advancing Students Forward, etc.
