Enjoy a day of lectures, workshops, and inspiration to promote healthy aging.

Lectures include Medical Cannabis, Bone Health and Fraud Prevention.

Classes include Low Impact Funk Line Dancing, Senior Yoga & Tai Chi, and Chair Pilates. Additional activities will include brain exercises, writing workshops, basic mobile phone photography, and one-on-one smartphone tutoring.

There will also be wellness information and resources on the patio.
