The public is invited to join the City’s Cultural Affairs Division for a Public Art Dedication Event on Thursday, September 21, 10-11 a.m., at the Pasadena Convention Center, in recognition of six newly installed public artworks sited throughout the City as part of the fourth iteration of the Rotating Public Art Program.

The artwork that is being displayed is Cynthia Minet’s sculpture Unsustainable Creatures: Elephant. Attendees will have a chance to view the artwork in person and meet the artist, as well as hear remarks by City representatives and project stakeholders.

The City will also share information about the Rotating Public Art Program and the new Phase 4 artworks, which will be publicly exhibited for a temporary three-year period.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided while supplies last.
