Children who do not have health insurance in greater Pasadena – including Altadena, South Pasadena, and Sierra Madre – can take advantage of a free dental clinic that Young & Healthy, a Pasadena-based non-profit dedicated to children’s health, will be sponsoring for several days starting on Thursday, Oct. 12.
The free clinic will be held at Washington Stem Magnet School, at 1520 N. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena.
Children who qualify can have their teeth examined, cavities filled, and other dental services performed during the week-long free clinic.
As space is limited, appointments are mandatory in advance of the clinic dates, and no walk-in clients can be assisted. Parents can determine if their child or children qualify for the clinic and can make an appointment by calling Young & Healthy at (626) 795-5166 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
