Rethink fund development and build a resilient organization that can achieve lasting impact.

Join us for a repeat of this popular workshop held last October!

This 2-hour workshop, inspired by Zoot Velasco’s “Small to LARGE: Growing Social Impact Organizations Against All Odds,” will explore the paradigm shift from donor-dependence to sustainable growth through earned income streams. Participants will learn to create significant social impact, even in times of crisis. The workshop will cover the following key areas:

  1. Understanding the Problem: Why traditional nonprofit fundraising methods are flawed.
  2. Best Practices for Growth: Insights from organizations that thrived during crises by diversifying their revenue streams.
  3. Building a Sustainable Model: Steps to develop earned income strategies, including social enterprises, fees for service, and strategic partnerships.
  4. Case Studies and Tools: Real-world examples and practical tools to apply the concepts discussed.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop strategies to reduce reliance on donations.
  • Identify and leverage new income sources.
  • Apply best practices for sustainable development in the nonprofit sector.

Participants will also get a copy of the book.
