In two weeks this two-hour workshop will provide attendees with tools and techniques they can immediately apply as they embark on a Strategic Planning process. Attendees will gain an understanding of the variety of options and approaches available to them with regards to Strategic Planning as well as learn how to craft a strategic plan that can respond and last through a dynamic environment.
