Doo Dah Parade 2024

The Pasadena Doo Dah Parade will be making its 45th appearance this fall, in its pre-Thanksgiving time slot! Known as the twisted sister of the traditional Rose Parade, Doo Dah began as a grassroots event in 1978 and went on to gain national attention for its eccentric and, often, irreverent satire. The parade, which has spawned numerous off-beat replicants across the country, was featured in the Wall Street Journal in 2015. It has also been named “America’s Best Parade” by Reader’s Digest, and was featured in the book 50 Places You Must Visit Before You Die!

If you are interested in being an entry in the Pasadena Doo Dah Parade, or coming to attend, please email pasadenadoodah@gmail.com. The notorious Queen Tryouts are held in October annually and open to everyone. Tryouts are held prior to the event. Please visit the official website or email us for more details.
