In honor of Women’s History Month, Friends In Deed is excited to present EmpowerHER, a three-week event series designed to celebrate and support women through wellness, creativity, and community. Inspired by the meaningful activities offered at The Women’s Room, FID’s program for women experiencing or at risk of homelessness. EmpowerHER brings together movement, mindfulness, artistic expression, and a bit of friendly competition! The March 15 workshop kicks off the series with a restorative experience featuring guided yoga, meditation, and an aromatherapy blending workshop. For more information go here.
