Volunteer Appreciation Month Spotlight: Mitch Dorger

This Volunteer Appreciation Month, we’re excited to highlight Mitch Dorger, one of our longest-standing and most dedicated volunteers, for his impactful work with the Junior League of Pasadena (JLP).

Mitch’s years of experience, thoughtful approach, and commitment to service have made a lasting impression — not just on this project, but across many over the years.

For the Junior League of Pasadena, Mitch brought his A-game:

– He was engaging, articulate, and deeply knowledgeable
– He took the time to research JLP’s mission, vision, and structure
– He customized his presentation to be relevant and impactful for the organization’s needs

The League was thrilled with his involvement and shared this glowing feedback, courtesy of Sara Langley, Board Member of the Junior League of Pasadena:

Mitch was wonderful! He was engaging, articulate, knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about this topic. He also did a great job researching about the League ahead of time, so his presentation was really geared towards us and our structure, mission, and vision.”

Thank you, Mitch, for your unwavering support and the invaluable expertise you bring to every project. Your dedication continues to make a difference in the nonprofit community! Your work is a perfect example of the power of skills-based volunteering!
