The City of Pasadena Department of Transportation invites the community to celebrate Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 21, 2026, in coordination with regional Bike Month activities across Los Angeles County and free rides on Metro and Pasadena Transit.

As part of Bike Month celebrations, riders are encouraged to bike, bus, or train to work and take advantage of complimentary transit service throughout the day. The Pasadena Bike to Work Day pit stop will take place at Pasadena City Hall, 100 Garfield Ave., from 7 to 9:30 a.m., where cyclists can stop by for snacks, giveaways, bike tune-ups, and celebrate biking as a healthy, sustainable, and fun way to get around the city.

Bike to Work Day supports regional coordination with Metro’s Bike Month programming and makes it easier for commuters to combine biking and transit for a seamless trip. For more information about Pasadena’s Bike Month activities, visit bit.ly/PasadenaBikeMonth
