Kim Olpin

Executive Director

Kim Olpin is the Executive Director of Jericho Road Pasadena, where she leads the organization’s capacity-building work in support of nonprofits across Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley, and Northeast Los Angeles. She brings over fifteen years of nonprofit leadership experience spanning direct service, volunteer engagement, and organizational development.

Kim’s background includes running health clinics in the jungles of Panama, organizing community-based environmental initiatives such as LA River clean-ups, and fundraising at Audubon California. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Corporate Engagement at L.A. Works, where she partnered with corporations to design and implement volunteer-based service projects that addressed community-identified needs.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from California State University, Northridge. She is deeply committed to strengthening nonprofit leaders and building resilient, connected communities.

Anna Hernandez

Program Coordinator

Anna has more than 8 years of non-profit experience in supervising programs across Europe and Africa. Her experience includes volunteering with women in Uganda, coordinating and training groups of volunteers and participating in international initiatives as a Grant Writer for European Institutions. Most recently Anna worked as an Outreach Community Specialist leading partnerships with companies and helping to increase the access to labor for underserved communities. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Barcelona, where she was born and raised. Anna loves to spend time in nature, and she likes to play beach volleyball and swim. She also loves spending time with friends, family and traveling. She lives in Pasadena with her husband and her lovely German Shepherd.
