Our Effective Board Leadership Series, led by board consultant Mitch Dorger, tackles common challenges by giving board members and nonprofit staff the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to lead effectively.

Workshops are typically held in person in the Pasadena area, and are occasionally offered online. Each session lasts two hours, and you can attend individual sessions or complete the full series.
