We recently had the opportunity to support The Planted Brain, a Pasadena-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the community through education and empowerment. The organization reached out to Jericho Road Pasadena seeking guidance on how to more effectively communicate their mission and goals to potential donors and funders.
To meet this need, we connected them with Erin Simon, an experienced grant writing specialist, who provided hands-on support to strengthen The Planted Brain’s development strategy. Together, they created a concept paper, an Excel tracking spreadsheet, a list of potential funders, and a letter of inquiry (LOI), essential tools to help the organization communicate its impact and pursue new funding opportunities with clarity and confidence.
I am very grateful for JRP and the volunteer service. This project has given my organization the tools needed to successfully share our mission and goals effectively with potential donors and funders.”
