The Pasadena Commission on the Status of Women and the City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department invite us to their annual Women’s History Month program, this year focused on workplace equity and equal pay.
The event takes place on Saturday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Robinson Park Recreation Center, 1081 N Fair Oaks Avenue.
From 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. view curated excerpts from “Lilly,” a 2025 feature film produced and directed by Rachel Feldman, written by Rachel Feldman and Adam Prince, and starring Patricia Clarkson as Lilly Ledbetter.
The film chronicles Ledbetter’s landmark legal battle against Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., a case that exposed systemic wage discrimination and reshaped the national conversation on pay equity.
From 12:15 to 1 p.m., there will be community engagement and social time.
