The California Arts Council has opened applications for its 2026 grant programs, marking 50 years of supporting artists, cultural organizations, and creative communities across the state.
Arts organizations throughout California, including those in the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley area, are invited to apply for funding that supports creative work, community engagement, and access to the arts.
Key Grant Opportunities
This year’s funding includes several programs:
- General Operating Support – up to $30,000 for ongoing organizational needs
- Arts and Youth – up to $25,000 for youth-focused arts programs
- Impact Projects – up to $25,000 for collaborative, community-centered initiatives
- State-Local Partners – up to $75,000 for local arts agencies
These grants prioritize small organizations, first-time applicants, and communities that have historically had less access to funding.
