Sometimes, if lucky, you get more than you ask for. Or, in the case of San Marino’s Old Mill Foundation, who originally reached out to Jericho Road for help with new job descriptions, you get a complete reorganization of human resources. After meeting with volunteer Gina Calderon, senior principal consultant within human resources management, a new staff model was created helping the foundation move in a new direction and breathing new life into the organization. A huge success for both Old Mill and the community!
