These policies outline Jericho Road Pasadena’s guidelines for refunds and participant health requirements for workshops and trainings.
Skilled Volunteer Project Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if the project is canceled or if the project falls apart before completion.
- Refund Amount:
- After the SOW is sign but before work begins: 90% refund (10% administrative fee retained)
- Work in progress: Refund based on milestones completed
- 0–50% complete: 50% refund
- Over 50% complete: No refund
- Jericho Road Pasadena (JRP) cancellation: 100% refund
- Client non-cooperation: No refund
- Request Process: Nonprofits must submit a refund request in writing.
Single Day Workshop Refund Policy
Effective for all single-day, in-person, and virtual workshops or trainings.
General Policies
- Requests for refunds or credits must be made within 30 days of registration.
- Jericho Road Pasadena reserves the right to review and approve or deny refund requests based on the outlined policies.
- Transfer Option: All registrations are transferable to another attendee up until the time of check-in. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.
- Any transaction fees are not refundable
In-Person Events
- Full Refund or Credit: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event qualify for a full refund or account credit toward a future Jericho Road Pasadena workshop of equal value.
- Partial Refund or Credit: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event qualify for a 50% refund or account credit.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event and no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
Virtual Events
- Full Refund or Credit: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event qualify for a full refund or account credit.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of the event and no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
Multi-day, In-person Training Refund Policy
Effective for all multi-day, in-person trainings.
General Policies
- Jericho Road Pasadena reserves the right to review, approve, or deny refund requests based on the policies below.
- Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up until two days before the first session. Contact us to arrange a transfer.
- Any transaction fees are not refundable
Cancellations
- Full refund or credit if canceled at least 4 weeks before the first session
- 50% refund or credit if canceled more than 2 weeks before the first session.
- No refund for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the first session or for no-shows.
IIllness & COVID-19 Attendance Policy
Effective for all in-person workshops and trainings.
- Please do not attend if you have a fever or contagious illness of any kind.
- You may return only after you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without medication and your symptoms are improving.
- If you test positive for COVID-19, the following additional requirements apply:
- Do not attend in person for at least 5 full days from the start of symptoms (or from your positive test date if you have no symptoms).
- You may return on or after day 6 only if you meet the fever-free/symptom improvement rule above.
- After returning, you must wear a well-fitting mask indoors through day 10.
