Jericho Road Pasadena connects local nonprofits with skilled volunteers who offer time-limited, strategic support to help organizations run more effectively, build capacity, and increase their community impact.

Our volunteers bring professional expertise in areas like strategic planning, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and more. These are short-term consulting projects—not ongoing staff roles—and they’re designed to leave your organization stronger and better equipped to meet its mission.

What’s Required

To request a volunteer, nonprofits must:

• Submit a project proposal that outlines your goals, needs, and desired outcomes
• Commit staff time and attention to work collaboratively with your volunteer
• Pay a small sliding scale fee to help cover Jericho Road Pasadena’s staff time for matching and project support
