Coaching has become popular in many walks of life, from athletes to singers to executives to people going through major changes in their lives. JRP offers informal coaching for nonprofit staffpeople and boards. Many small and medium nonprofits require their staff and volunteers to have multiple responsibilities, making it challenging to balance many duties and see outcomes in a variety of areas. Coaching is one way to help nonprofits prioritize, focus on their strengths and improve areas of weakness.
