Make a Resolution that Counts!

Published Categorized as JRP Blog Tagged , , ,

Make a New Year’s resolution that counts by volunteering for the 2019 Pasadena Homeless Count on January 22 & 23. The Homeless Count is a community-wide undertaking only made possible with the support of dedicated volunteers who serve as the backbone for gathering this critical information.

We need 140 Homeless Count volunteers by January 7th and we’re less than halfway there. Please consider signing up today!

Why Count?

By volunteering you will:

Help inform the state of homelessness in Pasadena
Help raise awareness and bring about long-term change
Help advocate for vital community resources
How it Works

Volunteers will be sent in teams of 2-3 to an assigned zone on the night of Jan 22 (8-10 p.m.) & the morning of Jan 23 (6-8 a.m.). The same teams go out both times. Volunteers should be 18+ and must attend an orientation on Jan 16 or 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
