The South Pasadena Arts Council develops programs, creates projects and collaborates with other organizations in the community to produce cultural events. As a younger organization, they are still developing their infrastructure so asked JRP to help them develop their board. SPARC Exec. Dir. Howard Spector said of the project “it will better organize us to be able to be more effective in delivery of our services and have a greater impact in the community” and “many thanks to volunteer Mimi Hennessy for a great experience.”
