JRP recently placed Cindy Mendoza on the board of Alive & Well Women, an organization that helps women navigate toxic cultural messages about health, beauty and sexuality to thrive in all stages of life. Since Cindy is in the midst of a career change from IT and business management to health care, this match was an especially great fit. She’s already using her background in business to help AWW plan more strategically for good IT, marketing and financial infrastructure, and impactful programs. Because Cindy is now a Certified Health Coach, AWW’s mission really speaks to her. Her board service will not only enhance the health of more women, but help her launch a new career.
