Non-profit Club 21 in Pasadena provides the tools and resources that enable individuals with Down syndrome to be fully included. Seeking the best information for their clients, they came to Jericho Road requesting a video offering guidelines to Doctors on how to deliver a diagnosis of Down Syndrome in a kind and knowledgeable way. Producer Chris Arnold, a veteran JRP volunteer with many years experience in the film industry, worked with Club 21 to create a short video that is now being shared with doctors, hospitals and genetic counselors in the Los Angeles area. A final product that exactly fit the needs of the Down syndrome community will help families get a more compassionate and informed diagnosis.
