Outdoor space in cities is always needed, but with the ‘safer at home’ policy in place, we especially need an outdoor oasis. JRP has worked with the lovely Arlington Garden since 2012, helping with strategic planning, volunteer management, grant writing, and financial infrastructure. Most recently volunteers Michelle Mapp and Stanley Goldstein helped Arlington with a communications plan and even wrote articles and stories for public relations and communications with Arlington’s volunteers, donors and other supporters. When we Michelle and Stanley finished the project, they were glad to let more Pasadena residents know about this lovely public garden; little did they know what a need space of serenity and health it would become recently! Many thanks to Michelle and Stanley for sharing their skills and to the staff, volunteers and board of Arlington Garden for providing this wonderful space!
