Nonprofits do world-changing work and it takes a strong team to guide, monitor and evaluate a organization’s work. Many thanks to JRP volunteer Mitch Dorger and the large virtual audience of board members at our recent Effective Board workshop. Mitch led us through the difficult process of strategic planning, from high-level visioning to implementation and evaluation of the plan. Despite the complexity of strategic planning, Mitch made the whole process clear and manageable. Thank you, Mitch, for being such a great trainer!

If you are on a nonprofit board, would like to join a board, or work for a nonprofit, sign up for our next Effective Board workshop, Resourcing the Mission. Due to the popularity of fundraising workshops, volunteer trainer Trip Oldfield, will provide 8 hours of training, on August 20 & 27 and September 10 & 17, 9:30 am – 11:30 am (all virtual).
